The Florida Lottery's new Play Responsibly Website encompasses all topics related to making sure Florida Lottery players are thoroughly informed throughout every step of the Lottery experience — from educating players about the benefits of playing responsibly, to informing players (and winners) on the steps necessary to claim a lottery prize.

Creating a Win-Win Experience

This project was designed to guide Florida Lottery players through every step of the experience — from understanding how to participate and navigate the rules, to confidently claiming a prize. While the excitement of the Lottery centers on playing and winning, our goal was to create a thoughtful, beautifully designed educational platform that supports responsible play. We set out to transform information that is often overlooked — yet critically important — into a comprehensive, interactive knowledge hub, complete with videos, gamified content, and accessible resources.

Animated Videos

To round out this project, we created a series of engaging animated videos to highlight some of the key principles like knowing your limits, having a plan in place if you win, recognizing when to get help, and understanding odds.
